What I'm looking for

I am seeking a permanent or fixed-term Test Manager role where I can lead testing teams, improve QA processes, and deliver complex SAP and integration projects while mentoring junior staff.

I am an experienced QA and Test Manager with a strong background in SAP testing, test strategy, and resource management across large retail and financial projects. I have led teams of up to 10 staff and driven test governance, defect management and UAT across complex landscapes.

My career includes Test Manager and Senior Test Lead roles at Zimele Technologies, Accenture, Highveld PFS and major retailers where I managed end-to-end integration, cutover support, reporting, and mentoring of junior testers. I have delivered SAP Retail, POS replacements and digital transformation programmes while improving test processes and ensuring data integrity between systems.

I hold a National Diploma in Internal Auditing and certifications including ISTQB Foundation, ITIL v4 and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner. I am practical, process-driven and focused on clear communication, quality outcomes and growing testing capability in my teams.
