At JNA Group, I lead a team of five quantity surveyors on high-end residential projects, overseeing commercial and contractual delivery. I prepare estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation, and manage valuations, variations and final accounts.
Previously, I managed public-sector building and infrastructure projects at Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC), from inception to completion. My experience also includes consultant quantity surveying, construction support and project management, with work spanning residential, healthcare, educational, public infrastructure and commercial developments.
