I’m a bilingual French/English speaker focused on customer support. I bring strong written communication and clear, patient problem-solving to help customers feel heard and supported.
I’m ready to be trained for customer support, and I already have experience handling customer inquiries. I’m comfortable communicating through multiple channels and staying responsive under real customer needs.
I also have basic computer literacy and practical day-to-day tools knowledge, including Google Docs and email communication. I use these skills to support accurate, organized customer interactions.
Beyond communication, I’m the kind of person who learns quickly and follows through. With my bilingual communication certification (English & French) and my typing speed (~40 WPM), I’m prepared to contribute reliably and grow in a support-focused role.
