I’m a motivated Medical Tourism Call Center Agent with a nursing background, focused on helping international patients throughout their healthcare journey. I handle inbound and outbound calls and respond via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to answer inquiries and explain treatment options, procedures, and clinic services.

From coordinating communication between patients, doctors, and clinic departments to scheduling consultations and appointments, I make sure the right information moves at the right time. I maintain correct patient records and CRM databases, conduct patient follow-ups before and after treatment, and manage patient concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Before this, I worked as a Nurse at Efoulan District Hospital, where I provided quality nursing care, monitored and documented patient findings, educated patients and families, and collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. I’m also pursuing an MBA in progress at University of Istanbul, with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (2024), and I bring fluent English and intermediate French to my patient coordination.
