At Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, I’m the solution architect and technical design authority for a Salesforce platform supporting trade licensing, company registration, and compliance. I architected its National Economic Register integration with the UAE Ministry of Economy through IBM API Connect / GSB.

I designed KYC/AML workflows and a nationality-based Risk Rating recalculation engine, and defined asynchronous processing to address governor-limit failures. I also designed third-party integrations and the platform’s release approach from staging through production.

At Tecom Group (Dubai Holding), I delivered Salesforce capabilities for free zone licensing, company services, and visa workflows, including integration with UAE immigration (GDRFA). I also delivered Experience Cloud customer portals and Drawloop-based document generation.

Earlier, I designed real estate Salesforce solutions at Smaartt Digital Consulting and developed Salesforce applications at Indegene. I’m also extending my work into Agentforce through a resort booking assistant with custom Apex actions and Flow-based automation.
