At Salesforce, I built an AI-powered SLA breach prediction system using Salesforce Einstein and XGBoost to identify high-risk cases. I also implemented pause and resume functionality for SLA milestones.
I designed and implemented the DC-to-DC Sharing solution, including backend logic, new share targets, and UI screens. I also extended API search and pagination, improved data retrieval, and added connector and access-validation enhancements.
At Observe.AI, I engineered the Ack Dispute API and developed a download feature for call metadata. I also implemented role-based call summarization in the Hawkeye Service and worked on Snowflake export fixes, security, and data migrations. Earlier, I contributed to a Kafka-focused developer interface at Goldman Sachs and built NeedCovidPlasma.in to connect plasma donors with recipients.
