I’m a corporate legal professional with in-house experience supporting business teams across contract drafting, review, and negotiation. I focus on aligning commercial agreements with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
In my current role, I provide day-to-day legal advisory to HR, finance, and operations. I identify legal risks in transactions early, recommend practical mitigation strategies, and develop and standardize contract templates to improve speed and consistency.
I also manage intellectual property activities, including trademark filings and ongoing compliance. Alongside this, I coordinate with external counsel on litigation and regulatory matters and support dispute resolution by reviewing legal notices and claims.
Earlier, I worked as a Junior Advocate and interned in the Supreme Court of India and district/high court settings. These experiences strengthened my legal research, drafting, and case-focused thinking, building a strong foundation for stakeholder-ready, business-aligned legal support.
