I'm seeking a remote operations, implementation, systems or process-focused role with limited external customer contact.

At HR Connect, I lead end-to-end onboarding and service transitions for schools and Multi Academy Trusts moving onto HR and payroll services. I streamlined data-migration workflows and introduced a transition plan, reducing the average onboarding timeline from 12 weeks to 9.5.
