I’m a Salesforce Technical Lead with 9+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable solutions in enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Financial Services. I build governor limit-aware architectures and lead end-to-end solution design—system design, integration patterns, and resilient performance in high-scale contexts.

In my current role, I support a multi-org Salesforce ecosystem for broadband service provisioning across FSL, Vlocity, NetSuite, and multiple ingestion channels, including a customer-facing web portal and partner systems. I’ve implemented transformation workstreams across legacy and new-org environments, improving maintainability, scalability, and performance for onboarding, work order, and field service fulfillment workflows.

Previously, I’ve modernized large-scale Salesforce implementations by refactoring deprecated Apex/Visualforce, enabling phased modernization to Aura and LWC while maintaining backward compatibility. I also drive CI/CD governance and release delivery using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows, and I’ve delivered Deal CRM and lending workflows using Apex, Flows, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to support business-critical compliance and lifecycle processes.
