Project Manager | Senior Scrum Master
Kriti is a Project Manager and Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience delivering technology programs across financial services and technology environments. She currently leads end-to-end delivery at Intelliflo/Invesco, where she manages scope, schedule, and resources across multiple concurrent projects — overseeing a team spanning 3 Scrum teams and driving cross-team alignment and dependency management to ensure seamless execution.
Prior to Intelliflo/Invesco, Kriti spent nearly five years as a Scrum Master at S&P Global India, facilitating delivery for Pega-based case management and workflow projects within the ratings domain and managing full project lifecycles for technology initiatives. She began her career at Virtusa Consulting Services, where she supported delivery on the Bank of Nova Scotia and American Express accounts — including hands-on experience as a Pega developer on a platform version upgrade project. Together, this gives her deep familiarity with Pega technology, from early hands-on development to leading Scrum delivery on Pega initiatives.
Kriti brings strong expertise in Agile delivery, risk and stakeholder management, executive reporting, and continuous improvement. She has established internal communities of practice to standardize best practices and is recognized for mentoring teams toward higher velocity and delivery quality.
