What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead customer operations, improve order-management processes, develop people, and use KPI reporting and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality service.

At Foxconn Technology CZ, I lead daily order management operations, communicate with customers on orders and delivery schedules, and resolve customer escalations.

I've developed and automated internal and external reporting, monitored and presented KPI performance to customers and management, and worked across Production, Logistics, Planning, Material Management, and Finance. I also analyze operational performance, support process optimization, and test and implement new operational projects.

I enjoy developing people through training, onboarding, and day-to-day team support while delivering high-quality customer service.
