I’m looking for a role where I can own marketplace and product listing tasks, use Excel/Sheets for tracking, support customers professionally, and improve listings with research. I value clear processes, responsive communication, and growth opportunities.

I’m a detail-oriented E-commerce and Marketplace Assistant with hands-on experience supporting major platforms, including Wildberries, Ozon, and Shopify. I focus on clean, accurate product information and clear, engaging descriptions that make listings perform.

Since 2024, I’ve worked as a self-employed Marketplace & E-commerce Assistant, managing product listings end to end. I uploaded items, optimized descriptions for marketplace visibility, and used online research and competitor analysis to improve how products are presented.

I’m organized and responsive—tracking work in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, supporting Shopify product management, and handling customer support through online communication. I also bring strengths in copywriting and translation (Armenian/Russian), plus practical marketplace operations and AI tools to streamline tasks.
