What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role where I can lead intake and claims operations, train and mentor teams, improve processes, and deliver empathetic, timely member service with opportunities for operational impact and professional growth.

I am a Senior Intake Claims Specialist with extensive experience managing disability, financial protection, dental and vision claims across stateside and international remote teams. I specialize in intake functions, benefits verification, HIPAA compliance, and claims processing for complex products including short- and long-term disability and life benefits.

I have led training and SME efforts for international remote teams, including onboarding and mentoring a 22-person remote team, and I currently contribute to Intake Streamline and Financial Protection projects to reduce claim backlogs and improve member outcomes.

Previously I managed front-of-house operations as a restaurant General Manager and ran school nutrition operations, giving me strong skills in recruiting, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service under pressure.
