I’m a strategic brand and creative leader with 20+ years of experience shaping brand identity, customer experiences, executive communications, digital experiences, and global events for technology organizations. I’m known for translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that strengthen brands, engage audiences, and support business growth.
At Nexthink, I direct global brand initiatives and creative strategy to ensure consistent execution across marketing, digital, communications, events, customer experiences, and executive programs. I led the redevelopment of visual brand standards, modernized the written style guide as the final review point, and created and directed the visual theme for Nexthink’s annual Experience conference—contributing to multi-year attendance growth through integrated event branding and digital experiences.
Previously at Cipherhealth, I drove brand transformation into scalable visual systems and customer-facing experiences, establishing design systems and implementation standards across web, marketing, and sales channels. I also teach web design principles and practices at Bentley University, where I modernize curriculum and introduce students to digital workflows including wireframing, prototyping, collaborative design, and Figma.
