What I'm looking for

I’m a multidisciplinary specialist working across AI, digital operations, customer experience, content, and narrative development. Through my registered sole proprietorship, I advise startups and businesses on AI adoption, bespoke prompt engineering workflows, UX strategy, and narrative branding. I also develop web tools, agentic AI workflows, custom chatbot architectures, and responsive web platforms using modern AI and web technologies.

My experience also includes customer operations at OBRIO (Genesis Ecosystem), where I managed customer queries, escalated support tickets, and handled CRM operations while maintaining a 5.0/5.0 CSAT rating across thousands of customer interactions.

On the creative and content side, I co-developed a TikTok-focused content pipeline with supporting YouTube content using n8n and VS Code, covering stories, video concepts, quizzes, bots, and AI-generated media. I also have extensive experience in narrative development, fiction writing, content strategy, and digital publishing.
