I’m an Accounts Payable professional experienced in high-volume vendor payments, working weekly to keep invoices moving on schedule through ACH, wire, and check. I’m detail-oriented about accuracy and I take pride in maintaining strong service standards even in fast-paced environments.

In my current role at Garmin International, I process high-volume vendor payments and perform 2, 3, and 4-way invoice matches against PO to ensure distributions are coded properly. I collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate invoice approval workflows and I research and resolve invoice hold issues to prevent payment delays.

I also bring a strong operational foundation from my time as a Reverse Logistics Processor, where I processed returned and damaged products, performed detailed product audits to ensure inventory accuracy, and completed software updates for returned items. I conducted quality inspections and identified and resolved product and processing issues, then trained and mentored new employees on department procedures and quality expectations.

My professional ethos is simple: verify the details, communicate effectively, and solve problems before they impact timelines. I’m especially focused on secure, correct vendor banking information and disciplined expense report processing in accordance with company policy.
