What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead trauma-informed, compliant special education systems; develop staff; mentor practitioners; and strengthen multidisciplinary student supports across diverse learning environments.

At Kelso School District, I lead school psychology coordination and districtwide behavioral systems that align practice with WAC and IDEA requirements while maximizing resources for students.

I've served as PBIS Lead and Systems Committee member, co-authored the District Special Education Manual, and designed professional development on trauma-informed practice, crisis intervention, student support, and compliance. My work was recognized with Kelso School District's 2024 Secondary Educator Excellence Award.

I conduct comprehensive psychological, cognitive, and socio-emotional evaluations and partner with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to create and monitor targeted support plans.

Earlier, I taught autistic preschool students, provided home-hospital tutoring, and delivered differentiated instruction and individualized academic and behavioral support. I also mentor school psychology interns through clinical guidance and evaluation report review.
