Led a 15-member team through full SDLC, accelerating feature delivery by 30% and contributing to $10M cost savings and $5M revenue growth. Established org-wide Go coding standards adopted by 5–6 teams and designed guardrail patterns for a microservices architecture, including incident response and knowledge sharing.

Built two microservices from 0→1 for multi-tenant systems using Go, MongoDB, Kafka, Oracle, and Docker/Kubernetes, applying TDD/DDD. Reduced bugs from 160 to 20 and implemented service monitoring with alerting, incident management, and post-release hypercare.

Developed backend features for a ridesharing platform, contributing to system design, TDD, and code/design reviews. Participated in on-call support to diagnose root causes and fix customer-impacting issues in collaboration with product, engineering, Dev, and QA teams.

Designed and implemented data-center routing using TRILL protocol, applying TCP/IP stack concepts and Linux filesystem expertise. Built a web-based home-product automation testing framework with Python object-oriented programming and the web2py framework.
