I am a seasoned technical business analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Business Intelligence, and regulated-industry compliance. I combine deep IAM/IGA domain expertise with data analytics to improve security posture and audit readiness.

I have led enterprise IAM and IGA programs, delivering role mining, RBAC, JML automation, entitlement analytics, and validated GxP controls across large regulated organizations. I build Power BI and SSRS reporting, CMDB-driven automation, and Splunk SIEM use cases to provide executive visibility and proactive detection.

I routinely implement and optimize ServiceNow ITSM/GRC workflows, manage CMDB lifecycle and change processes, and author validation artifacts (URS/FRS/IQ/OQ/PQ) and SOPs to meet SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. I also leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate specification drafting, testing, and reporting.
