What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve enterprise identity governance, lifecycle automation, privileged-access controls, and audit-ready access programs in security-focused cloud or hybrid environments.

At Oracle Health, I manage enterprise identity governance with SailPoint IdentityIQ for clinical, corporate, and vendor users, integrating CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, Workday, Active Directory, and ServiceNow. I build JML workflows, RBAC and ABAC models, access certifications, and audit-ready reporting for HIPAA-regulated environments.

Previously at Centene and Walmart, I developed SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ workflows, connectors, rules, and provisioning integrations that streamlined onboarding, access requests, entitlement cleanup, and timely deprovisioning. I've used BeanShell, Java, PowerShell, REST APIs, SCIM, SQL, Jenkins, and Git to improve lifecycle reliability and reduce manual work.

I translate access risk into practical, least-privilege controls and mentor junior IAM engineers on configuration, workflow development, and certification best practices.
