What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build production RAG conversational AI and backend systems—integrating React/FastAPI, GPT models, and vector search—while learning scalable engineering practices and shipping real user-facing features.

I’m a BSc Computer Science student at Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad (expected May 2026) focused on building practical, production-style AI systems. As a Software Engineer Intern at Medpho, I architected and deployed an “intelligent conversational AI” RAG system with LangGraph, OpenAI GPT models, and Pinecone—supporting real-time answers for 100+ hospitals and medical services.

I also built integrations that connect AI with real workflows: I used Puppeteer with an SMS Gateway API to retrieve Ayushman card eligibility details and implemented Redis Queue for high-volume concurrent requests. In another role, I developed an AI-Caller-Agent with LiveKit, Twilio, and multilingual voice interaction using GPT-4o mini and Sarvam AI, plus smart retry logic to improve successful contact rates—then added a LangChain + Pinecone RAG layer for service and doctor query answering.

Architected and deployed a LangGraph + OpenAI RAG conversational AI that provided real-time info for 100+ connected hospitals and medical services. Integrated web automation with Puppeteer and SMS Gateway APIs, and built an AI caller agent using LiveKit and Twilio to automate multilingual patient triage with intelligent conversation flow and smart retry logic.
