I’m a Registered Nurse Midwife and Public Health Professional with over 25 years of progressive clinical and public health experience. I bring a proven ability to coordinate complex health programs across dispersed sites—translating that same precision into remote, virtual medical assistant support.

Most recently, I served as a Program Officer at Jhpiego, a global health NGO affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. I managed patient records and program data with accuracy and confidentiality, coordinated clinical appointments and referrals across multiple facilities, produced detailed reports for clinical and administrative stakeholders, and delivered health education to patients and communities.

In my clinical roles, I developed strong competencies in patient triage and assessment, chronic disease management (including HIV/AIDS, NCDs, and maternal health), medication administration and HAART protocols, and counselling for sensitive health topics. These foundations help me engage meaningfully with patient concerns, recognize clinical urgency, and escalate appropriately in a virtual care environment.

I’m comfortable working independently, managing my own schedule across time zones, and maintaining clear written and verbal communication with remote teams. I hold an International Computer Driving License (ICDL) and am proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems, and I’m a quick learner with new platforms and EHR systems.
