What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Public Health Department role where I can support data-driven decision-making, program monitoring, health system strengthening, quality assurance, and evidence-based reporting.

I've supported the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana by managing physical and digital records, updating IHRIS data, conducting quality audits, and protecting confidential regulatory information. I also facilitate practice-license renewals, verify documents, and support nursing licensure examinations.

During my attachment at Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital, I captured patient data in IPMS, processed admissions and discharges, coded records using ICD-10, and maintained accurate medical-record retrieval and archiving systems. I'm motivated to contribute to public-health monitoring, data quality, and evidence-based reporting.
