Koziba Kwena
@kozibakwena
Senior Program Officer who plans, coordinates, and delivers community-based lifeskills programs with strong monitoring and reporting.
What I'm looking for
I am a Senior Program Officer with experience planning, coordinating, and implementing DREAMS and lifeskills activities for schools and the Skills for Life hub, using the curriculum to guide delivery. I focus on clear execution, strong organization, and delivering results even when challenges arise.
Across my roles at Stepping Stones International Organization, I have led monitoring, evaluation, and report writing, while engaging key stakeholders in the district to strengthen community buy-in. I’ve also supported community involvement through door-to-door outreach and social media platforms.
Before my senior role, I worked as a Program Officer and Facilitator—conducting sessions for parent-teen communication under the Child Protection Hub, running case management sessions, and training coaches and community activists to ensure implementation of gender norm programs (CBIM & SASA). I bring a quick-learning, independent work ethic, and I’m ready to continue building impactful, safeguarding-focused programs.
