What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an NGO role where I can lead youth-focused health and gender programs, strengthen M&E and donor reporting, and use digital facilitation to grow inclusive community participation—while maintaining strong safeguarding and accountability.

I’m a Social Work professional and Program Officer with over four years of experience supporting youth-focused health programming, gender equality, and community development. I coordinate programs end-to-end—ensuring alignment with donor and safeguarding requirements—while strengthening reporting systems through Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning.

I also bring strong digital engagement skills, facilitating virtual sessions and managing online community and youth participation. I’m certified in Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and I’ve led youth-centered demand creation, behavior change communication, and data collection to improve accountability and impact tracking.
