What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design inclusive, learner-focused programmes, support community development, and use assessment-driven methods to improve adult and primary learner outcomes.

I am an accomplished Adult Education professional with a foundation in Primary Education and a Bachelor of Education in Lifelong Learning and Community Development. I design learner-centered programmes, develop bespoke curricula, and conduct needs assessments to drive measurable improvements in literacy, vocational, and professional advancement.

In my recent role as a Temporary Primary School Teacher, I built strong parent-teacher relationships, monitored student progress using assessments, and provided individualized and group learning support that improved engagement and outcomes. I also led after-school initiatives to develop student talent and self-confidence.

I have experience in social welfare, grant research, crisis intervention, and volunteer leadership with community organizations. I hold a 120-hour TEFL certification and apply instructional design and educational technology to adapt teaching for diverse and non-traditional learning settings.
