I am looking for a role where I can apply retail operations and management skills, lead teams, improve processes, and support business growth in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

I am a retail entrepreneur and Bachelor of Business Administration graduate with hands-on experience running daily store operations, inventory, sales, staff management, and finances.

I founded and managed a retail business since 2020, delivering strong customer service, consistent revenue growth, and accurate sales and tax record-keeping while handling POS and cash management.

During my BBA I served as Secretary of the BBA Department and participated in event organization, developing planning, coordination, and communication skills; I also completed an internship involving research, analysis, and report writing.

I bring leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and a commitment to continuous learning—backed by Microsoft Office and basic Adobe Photoshop skills—and I seek to contribute operational and managerial strengths to a growth-focused organization.
