I’m an aspiring retail and logistics management professional with a B.Voc in Retail & Central Logistics (2024). I’m driven to build a career that uses my strategic perspective and practical knowledge to manage work effectively.

During my internship at Spar Hypermarket, I worked as an Intern Opening Manager / Department Manager, supporting POS machine operating while delivering outstanding customer services. I also handled customer needs, auditing, and daily department responsibilities.

In another Spar Hypermarket internship, I gained hands-on retail experience as a Retail Sales Associate, including store observations, POS machine operating, and learning customer behavior. I also worked with cargo handling and strengthened how I communicate and adapt on the floor.

I bring a service-first mindset and a people-centered approach, with strengths in time management, interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, team handling, and being a good listener. I’m looking for parameters within which to work and opportunities to influence others—without routine, detail-heavy, or administrative-only work.
