What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into legal and administrative work where I can support office operations, prepare and organize documents, communicate professionally with clients, and continue building my skills through hands-on experience.

I've provided on-call administrative support at Puneet Jain Notary in Vancouver, preparing documents, organizing client records, coordinating appointments, and handling sensitive legal documentation confidentially.

In my current remote customer support work, I assist customers through online chat, resolve account and product issues, use AI tools to personalize responses, and maintain accurate conversation logs.

I've also run an auto service business and managed a personal website, while building hands-on experience in machine operations, landscaping, logistics, dispatching, and freight brokerage. I'm completing my Legal Administrative Assistant program as I transition into legal and administrative work.
