Oversees a residential care program for developmentally disabled adults. Manages personnel, scheduling, care planning, training, and funding aspects of residential facilities.

Provides in-home respite care for children/adolescent clients with mental/emotional health disturbances. Facilitates safe, positive recreational experiences and coordinates care planning with care managers and families through interdisciplinary team engagement.

Observes individual, family, and small group therapy facilitated by licensed social workers and mental health counselors. Completes case recordings for discussion in weekly and monthly supervision.

Works with children diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disturbances to develop social, emotional, and interpersonal skills through home and community-based services. Coordinates with agency supervisors, enrolled children, and their families.
