At VeloLeasing / Marsh, I monitored policy renewal deadlines to help maintain continuous coverage for fleet and individual clients. I was the first phone contact for about 80 clients per week, handling policy enquiries and building client relationships.
I also negotiated policy changes and cancellations with insurers on clients’ behalf. My relationships with insurer account managers helped secure faster settlements and premium refunds.
At PKO Leasing, I sold leasing and insurance through active B2B sales and a vendor channel of partner dealers. I also analysed business clients’ financial documentation for leasing credit decisions.
Alongside my insurance and leasing work, I build Python-based automation projects, including a financial markets analysis system and a Telegram nutrition and training agent. I hold a BSc in Finance and Accounting from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
