What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cross-functional engineering organizations through transformation programs—aligning data, AI, cloud, and platform strategies with measurable business outcomes, while building teams, governance, and scalable engineering foundations.

I’m an Engineering Director and Principal Data/AI leader who drives enterprise-scale technology transformations across global regions, with a focus on AI, data engineering, and cloud-native platforms. At Shell Trading & Supply, I lead high-impact AI, data, and platform initiatives by partnering directly with VP/SVP stakeholders and delivering strategic programs across trading and supply.

I’m known for pioneering GenAI initiatives and building foundations that teams can scale. I architected Shell Trading’s first cross-desk data catalogue platform (multi-asset, scalable to billions of records) and delivered Shell’s highest-performing ingestion pipeline (10M+ rows) using Polars and Azure Durable Functions—outperforming Databricks reference architectures.

I also build engineering capability through communities, automation, and governance. I directed a Data Engineering community of 16 engineers, guided adoption of GenAI automation and responsible AI practices, and previously helped modernize trading and risk platforms at Trading 212 and J.P. Morgan—shipping improvements to reliability, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
