I’m a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician with over 12 years of retail experience and nearly a year of hands-on pharmaceutical work. I’m known for calm, problem-solving support and a dedication to superior patient service.

Since Dec 2025, I’ve worked as a Remote Pharmacy Technician for Centerwell Pharmacy (Humana), processing and accurately entering prescriptions while maintaining strict HIPAA and company compliance. I verify patient information, insurance details, and medication histories; handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurance companies; and assist pharmacists with order clarification, prior authorizations, and refill requests.

Before that, I supported high-volume workflows at North Beaches Pharmacy and Walgreens. I prepared and dispensed prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, compounded basic medications, communicated with doctors’ offices and insurance providers, and coordinated insurance claims while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Outside of pharmacy, I bring a strong operations and leadership background from roles like Deli Associate at Publix—managing closing shifts, inventory, and truck unloading—and from hands-on technical work as a Telecommunications Specialist / Owner-Operator and Garage Door Technician. I bring that same reliability, compliance mindset, and steady professionalism to every patient interaction.
