At ServiceNow, I lead technical strategy for marquee Italian financial-services accounts, including UniCredit and Generali. I help CIOs, CTOs, and data and security leaders turn AI Act, DORA, and NIS2 requirements into quantified transformation roadmaps.

I consistently deliver 90–150% of a €2M+ annual NNACV target, close around 10 deals annually, and maintain an 80%+ win rate across a €50M+ TCV territory. I coordinate specialists, account strategy, solution architecture, and executive engagement while positioning generative AI as enterprise operating-model change rather than a tool-level proof of value.

Previously at VMware, I advised major Energy and Utilities organisations including ENI, SNAM, A2A, and Saipem on cybersecurity, application modernisation, multicloud, innovation, and sustainability. I also enabled A2A’s workforce for remote operations during COVID-19 and developed Design Thinking workshops used across five countries.

I began in delivery architecture at HPE, leading enterprise transformation, monitoring, CMDB, automation, and cloud programmes across Europe and the Middle East before moving into pre-sales. I also speak publicly on generative AI adoption and governance, and have been recognised as a top-5% talent at VMware and through ServiceNow’s EMEA Talent Group.
