I also developed rubber to metal bonded, air springs, and other components locally for Kolkata Metro and Train 18 (Vande Bharat Express). I have experience in various products used in construction equipment, including soil and road compactors, concrete pumps, wind energy, and general engineering machinery. I have a track record of assisting sales teams in product selection, costing, and price negotiations, as well as contributing to tool/mold design and development of testing, inspection, and assembly tools.
I have a strong background in quality assurance and manufacturing processes, and I have experience in multicultural environments. I am skilled in 8D analysis, including Fishbone Analysis and Go-Gemba.
