Led new turnkey EPC projects with Vnesto Capital/USA and Nerobond Capital/UK for MENA, Indonesia, Malaysia, and East Asia markets, including standardization for biochar, activated carbon, bio-coal, and charcoal plants.

Directed sales initiatives for shop fabricated piping with MENA clients and EPC companies, including Sendan International/KSA. Cultivated business development opportunities for shop fabricated piping and carbon capture & separation modules, coordinating with EPC teams in Korea and MENA partners.

Developed business opportunities for Korean EPC projects, Qatar projects, and GCC country power & water, oil & gas, petrochemical, and offshore plants. Oversaw heavy fabrication for power & water plants in MENA and managed cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Established Sungchang Qatar WLL and made the company operational from December 2007. Successfully received contracts totaling USD 93,247,057 from various sites in Qatar and managed construction of power, water, oil & gas, and petrochemical plants in UAE, Qatar, and South Korea.

Oversaw projects related to fuel cells, IGCC, and hydrogen energy as team leader for a task force team. Spearheaded implementation of new and renewable energy in South Korea, including photovoltaic cell manufacturing and development of windmill prototypes.

Managed senior technical and sales responsibilities for thermal power plant and stage equipment in Korea. Oversaw sales & marketing for co-generation and iron & steel making plant projects, and directed sales execution of steam turbine generators, HRSG, and material handling equipment.

Managed production control and projects for Gori and Wolsung nuclear power plants. Oversaw manufacturing and production control for boilers and turbines, and led projects for Seochun and Samchonpo coal firing power plants, including engineering work with Stone & Webster/UK and Jebel-Ali power/desalination plant in UAE.

Directed production control and manufacturing for nuclear and thermal power plants, including Youngkwang units 7&8 and Seochun units 1&2. Managed engineering and technical sales for thermal power plant projects and coordinated quality control processes.
