At the India Semiconductor Workforce Development Program, I learned semiconductor physics and practiced standard TCAD workflows, including 2D structure creation and diode and MOSFET simulations.
I also wrote basic scripts to create device structures and simulated NMOS, PMOS, and CMOS devices to explore physical models and meshing strategies.
Through program demonstrations, I explored 3D process simulations, thermal analysis, and RF device behavior. I was a Summer Intern at ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization from Jun 2026 to Aug 2026.
At Coding mirchi, I completed an internship in Machine Learning. I’m studying Electronics and communication engineering at JSS Academy of Technical Education, with a field of Electronics and VlLSI.
