At Raising The Village, I provide strategic leadership for logistics and fleet operations supporting NGO programmes across multiple locations. I oversee a fleet of 400+ vehicles and motorcycles, with responsibility for fleet planning, budgets, performance, and supplier contracts.
At IMPACT WATER UGANDA, I managed a nationwide logistics and supply chain network distributing water purification systems to 156 districts. I planned resources for service delivery across 8,000+ schools and worked with government and district stakeholders.
At KOBO 360, I developed logistics strategies and used forecasting and analytics to improve fleet availability, route optimization, and cost efficiency. I also oversaw operations for a fleet of 100+ trucks, maintaining a 95% uptime rate.
I’ve worked across NGO, FMCG, and commercial environments, with experience in operational budgets, procurement, governance, and business continuity. I hold an MBA in Management and a PMP Certification, and I’m pursuing a Master of Data Science and Analytics.
