At Water School Uganda, I managed operations and programs across climate change and WASH projects, serving as a focal person between the organization and donors. I participated in securing and implementing climate funding, including projects focused on carbon emission reduction.
I oversaw project budgets of USD 1,488,000, EUR 1,280,000, and UGX 600 million. The projects were executed without variances from the annual budgets approved by the Board and audited.
I coordinated sanitation campaigns and WASH activities across districts, and contributed to programs that enrolled 1.6 million beneficiaries. I also linked programs with donors and submitted program and financial reports.
At World Vision Uganda, I oversaw annual procurements exceeding UGX 6.2 billion and conducted Uganda’s first Spend Analysis. I also collaborated with procurement committees to evaluate bids for works, services, and humanitarian contracts.
