I've led procurement and supply chain operations for Jesuit Refugee Service Uganda, Johanniter International Assistance, GOAL Global, Action Against Hunger, ACTED, and Reproductive Health Uganda. Across these roles, I've managed end-to-end sourcing, logistics, inventory, contracts, suppliers, and compliance for humanitarian and development operations.
At JRS Uganda, I led procurement across six field offices, reducing procurement expenditure by 18%, securing an additional 20% in contract savings, and cutting lead times by 35%. I also led a team of more than 15 procurement and logistics staff and improved physical inventory-record accuracy from 75% to 95%.
