I've led last-mile delivery and logistics operations across Talabat in Qatar, Noon in the UAE, Glovo in Uganda, and ACE Qatar. I use data, partner governance, and capacity planning to improve delivery speed, service quality, and network performance.

At Talabat, I managed end-to-end last-mile operations and a 120+ vendor 3PL portfolio supporting a 12,000-strong delivery fleet. I reduced average delivery time by 27%, decreased late orders by 56%, and improved vendor preparation-time compliance by 33% through geo-zoning, routing, SLA enforcement, and performance improvement plans.

At Noon, I led logistics projects from UAT and pilots through network deployment while managing fleet assets, inventory forecasting, procurement, warehousing, and dark-store operations. I helped raise inventory availability from 78% to more than 98% and maintained 95%+ on-time procurement performance.
