I am an experienced software engineering leader with a strong focus on fostering agile processes and driving software quality. Currently, I serve as the VP of Engineering at RegEd, where I manage a rapidly growing organization of over 160 engineering professionals. My role involves overseeing engineering activities across various roles, implementing agile practices, and driving significant cost savings through strategic vendor consolidation. I have successfully led initiatives that increased team productivity and improved project forecasting.

Previously, I held senior management positions at NantHealth and Grab Networks, where I developed and managed quality assurance programs that supported millions of covered lives and built QA organizations from the ground up.
