What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead clinical education, onboarding, and operational programs that improve provider readiness, workflow consistency, and patient care across healthcare organizations.

I've led medical education at a large corporate distributor, designing scalable curricula, onboarding, and hands-on surgical training for healthcare professionals and a 50+ member commercial team across orthopedic specialties.

Through Kelley Clinical Strategy & Education and prior orthopedic practice roles, I build competency frameworks, launch service lines, streamline clinical workflows, and translate complex clinical concepts into practical learning experiences.

I have a decade of experience working with orthopedic surgeons both in clinic and the OR. As well as expertise in educating APP’s, ATC’s and residents/fellows. I founded an athletic training residency program and serve as president on the ALATA executive council. My passion for teaching and mentoring has always motivated me to pour into young professionals.
