I’m looking to lead Medical Affairs/Scientific Affairs work that connects KOL strategy to measurable field impact—especially where I can grow teams, elevate education, strengthen compliance, and leverage AI-driven analytics to shape enterprise decisions.

I bring 13+ years of clinical and commercial experience in KOL engagement strategy, scientific exchange, and field medical excellence, translating field insights into actionable reporting that guides enterprise strategy. In my Scientific Affairs Director role at Pacira BioSciences, I build and execute KOL strategy, mapping, and engagement plans, while partnering across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to strengthen field execution, consistency, and capability.

I’m especially proud of the work I’ve led in education and enablement: I headed nationwide external professional medical education and training across surgical specialties, delivering 40+ programs annually and educating thousands of stakeholders, while managing a $1.5M annual operating budget. I also designed and built AI-powered KOL intelligence and tracking tools—dashboards and automated field/executive reporting—that improved KOL targeting, prioritization, and engagement measurement. Before that, I led ASC and outpatient program performance initiatives, including driving AAAHC accreditation and improving same-day surgery outcomes during COVID, and I’ve built programs end-to-end as a consultant/owner with a strong focus on operational excellence, SOPs, and compliance.
