What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can create high-quality e-learning and multimedia content, own application support and QA, and use my SQL and web development skills to deliver reliable digital experiences end-to-end.

I’m a detail-oriented Application Support Engineer and Multimedia Specialist with hands-on experience in interactive e-learning development, troubleshooting, and digital content quality. I build and refine course experiences while ensuring everything works smoothly across learning platforms.

At Lionbridge Technologies, I design and develop interactive e-learning content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate. I edit and localize multimedia assets (audio, video, graphics, and animations), then run quality assurance checks and troubleshoot technical issues with a strong focus on consistency and learner experience.

Previously at Knowledgeworks Global Ltd. (CJK Group), I worked as a Jr. Associate (E-Publishing), performing reference coding, parsing, and validation to ensure content accuracy. I also completed quality assurance checks and compliance audits, and partnered with cross-functional teams to strengthen publishing automation and streamline workflows.

I’ve also contributed as a Software Engineer (Web Developer) at Lionbridge, managing XML production, cloud link integration, and visual alignment for e-learning content. Earlier, as a SQL Developer at Infotech Software Solution, I provided application support for a School Management System and developed custom reports using Crystal Reports with SQL Server.
