I'm currently an Associate Engineering Line Manager at RWS Group, where I supervise engineers delivering localization and content technology solutions, balance workloads, and keep technical projects on schedule.
Previously, I developed corporate eLearning at bitLabs and Symphonize, building courses in Articulate Storyline 360 from design documents and storyboards. I managed multimedia assets, audio scripts, voice-talent recordings, course reviews, and revisions with project sponsors and SMEs.
At Symphonize, I also led development work across eLearning production, LMS administration, and instructional design, mentoring team members and coordinating delivery from storyboard to final Storyline build.
My background includes eight years as a Learning and Development Specialist at Home Revise Education, where I created story-based and problem-based learning experiences, produced photo and video content, and managed projects with external vendors.
