I’m an “Adaptable and tech-savvy professional transitioning into the EdTech space as an e-Learning Developer.” I combine a strong foundational background in IT with recent intensive upskilling in instructional design and LMS administration.

In my work history, I’ve operated in fast-moving environments—“Managed 3 projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines were met” and “launched ‘News9plus’ OTT Web and Mobile application by leading the complete project from start to end.” I also mentored junior staff, strengthening my ability to explain complex concepts simply.

For e-learning, I focus on hands-on creation: “Rapid Prototyping, Storyboarding, Gamification (Self-taught),” and authoring with “Articulate Storyline 360” and “Canva.” I’m also building practical LMS capability with “TalentLMS administration (basics)” and “SCORM/xAPI standards (basics),” including course uploading, user registration, and progress tracking.

Right now, I’m turning that into portfolio-ready outcomes through an “Employee Onboarding Mini-Module (In Progress),” designing an interactive welcome experience, creating learner-journey storyboards and knowledge checks, and uploading to TalentLMS to validate navigation and quiz functionality.
