What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote data analytics or business intelligence work where I can build trusted reporting systems, partner across time zones, and turn operational data into executive and board-level decisions.

At Mshel Group, I build live Power BI reporting across financial, HR, and strategy execution for 19 departments and five subsidiaries, giving leadership a single source of truth for group-wide KPIs.

Previously at Mshel Homes and Skyline Group, I designed SQL database architecture, delivered 10+ automated MIS dashboards, standardized multi-outlet sales reporting, and supported board-level decisions with performance, revenue, staffing, and inventory analysis.

I also teach Excel and Power BI analytics to a global remote student base, creating practical SQL, Excel, and Power BI projects. I work comfortably across distributed teams and time zones, using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and advanced Excel to turn data into usable reporting frameworks.
