At AfricAmbition Consulting, I designed the SADC E8 Regional Knowledge Management Strategy for malaria elimination across eight Southern African countries. I also developed MEL systems and data-to-action frameworks for public health, climate adaptation, and community programmes.
For IISD’s SUNCASA project, funded by Global Affairs Canada, I designed and facilitated MEL capacity-strengthening workshops in South Africa, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. I delivered Theory of Change frameworks, MEL Action Plans, and GESI-responsive data systems.
At the MOSASWA Initiative, I led execution of a Global Fund-aligned M&E plan across Mozambique, South Africa, and Eswatini. I standardised DHIS2 tools, produced dashboards and reports, and managed indicator selection, data quality assessments, GIS activities, and DATIM reporting.
At Clinton Health Access Initiative, I managed a R247 million malaria conditional grant and contributed to regional malaria elimination initiatives. I also helped establish mobile border surveillance units that reduced malaria case importation by 35%.
