What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles where I can lead rights-based mental health policy, program design and research, mobilize resources, build coalitions, and strengthen capacity across global and regional teams.

I am a senior mental health policy, advocacy and program specialist with deep experience across research, grantmaking, and implementation in low-, middle- and high-income contexts.

My work spans UNICEF, UNESCO, UNODC, UNFPA, Open Society Foundations and academic institutions, where I have developed policy papers, digital and classroom tools, and technical guidance for adolescent and school-based mental health.

I have led strategic grant portfolios, supported movement-building of people with lived experience, and conducted large-scale qualitative and quantitative research using STATA, R, SPSS, ATLAS.ti and NVivo.

I bring a rights-based approach to mental health, disability and education policy, with demonstrated success in resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, capacity strengthening and publication in peer-reviewed journals and edited books.
